NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Dublin Avengers Lacrosse Club. (Est. 2005)
To be held on Saturday, 5th April 2014 commencing at 4.00 p.m. at the University College Dublin following the 5th Irish Lacrosse Game day.
BUSINESS
1. Call to order and attendance.
2. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Dublin Avengers LC. held on 15th May, 2013.
3. Review Men’s Season as of April 5th, 2014.
4. Review Women’s Season as of April 5th, 2014.
5. To Review, consider and adopt the Financial Report for the Season ended April, 2014.
6. To elect Office Bearers (Men’s Captain, Women’s Captain, and Club Treasurer) for the 2014/15 Season. (Terms to Commence May 15th, 2014)
7. Discuss club matters directly relating to the 2014/15 Season
8. Any other business which, under the Rule and By-Laws, should be transacted.
